Tea Time

I am so excited that Fall is finally here... the leaves are starting to fall from the trees and the mornings are a bit grey and much cooler... a perfect time to make the switch to tea from my summertime morning coffee. Also time to say good-bye to iced tea for a few months. I figured it's time for me to flash my tea stash for the benefit of the other Knitter's Tea Swappers out there (as well as my secret swap pal). So, here it is... I'm realizing that a good amount of it I acquired while we were living in The Netherlands last year (Pickwick is a Dutch brand), including the honey and the sugar crystals. I think I got the Twinings when we were there too. We pretty much use the Tazo for iced tea in the summertime, which is why we have so much! I realized when I emptied the cupboard today that I'm on my last bag of Vanilla Hazelnut from Yogi Tea - one of my favorites!

Coming up in my next post... my favorite tea cup and pictures of the quilts I've been working on the last few months (they're all done now - YAY!). Oh, and the clapotis is scheduled to be blocked tomorrow, so pics of that too... :-)

glad you liked the package! Feel free to let the pattern 'marinate' for a year or two if you've got other things on the go-- I know what that's like
